Jesus explained that whoever believed in him, would receive living water flowing within him(Joh 7:37-38).
Joh 7:37 On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him."
This "living water" is the fountain that cleanse sins(Zec 13:1). God washes human sins and let His people to enter the kingdom of heaven. For this reason, God has sent His son Jesus Christ to this world.
Zec 13:1 "On that day a fountain will be opened to the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to cleanse them from sin and impurity.
When seven eyes (referring to the Holy Spirit) exist on one stone (referring to Jesus Christ), the work of removing sins of this world can be accomplished in a single day(Zec 3:9). Jesus who was crucified and ascended to heaven, became an existence with seven eyes(Rev 5:6). To clarify, Jesus accomplished the spring of the water of life that can remove human sins.
Zec 3:9 See, the stone I have set in front of Joshua! There are seven eyes on that one stone, and I will engrave an inscription on it,' says the LORD Almighty, 'and I will remove the sin of this land in a single day.
Rev 5:6 Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing in the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth.
Jesus promises to give the spring of the water of life to him who overcomes(the Winner) and the Winner will inherit all this. Moreover, he will give this living-water to those who are thirsty, for free(Rev 21:6-7). Therefore, believers who want to drink living-water for their redemption should find the Winner.
Rev 21:6-7 He said to me: "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son.
