Gen 1:26 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
Isa 43:6-7 I will say to the north, 'Give them up!' and to the south, 'Do not hold them back.' Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth; everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.
Satan noticed God's intention and interfered. Satan left tree of?knowledge of good and evil in the middle of the Garden of Eden. God warned Adam not to eat the fruit of that tree (Gen 2:16-17). Then, through the serpent, devil tempted Adam and Eve to eat the fruit. Soon after eating the fruit, their eyes became bright and found out they were naked. God worried that Adam and Eve would have eternal life with Satan's elements in their bodies, so God had to expel them from the Garden of Eden. Since then, they had to face death as their destiny.
Gen 2:16-17 And the LORD God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die."
God had to expel them from the Garden of Eden. However, He wanted them to be restored and live in heaven with eternal life. As they were wearing flesh in their bodies, men did not know God's will, they became used to enjoy physical life. Situations were not favorable for God's, so He shortened humans' physical span of life, but people continued to commit sins without repent. He was grieved for creating human being(Gen 6:5-6). God finally perished everyone on the earth with flood, except Noah and his family.
Gen 6:5-6 The LORD saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time. The LORD was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain.
Since Noah's flood, mankind did not change their behavior, so God had to find another method for the Salvation of men.
